  • Olje- og energiminister Tord Lien mottok ny Energi21-strategi hos Rainpower

    (15.09.14) Olje- og energiminister Tord Lien fikk fredag 12.09 den reviderte Energi21-strategien hos INTPOW-medlem Rainpower i Sørumsand. Energi21 er den nasjonale strategien for forskning, utvikling og kommersialisering av ny klimavennlig energiteknologi og utarbeides på oppdrag fra Olje- og energidepartementet.  
     

  • DNV GL: Statoil bør etablere eget fornybarselskap

    (29.08.14) Bjørn K. Haugland, konserndirektør for bærekraftig utvikling i DNV GL-konsernet mener den norske stat bør satse på nye fornybar-ressurser på samme måte som man utviklet olje- og gassindustrien på 60- og 70-tallet.

  • SN Power & AboitizPower to develop 350-MW hydro project in Ifugao

    (11.08.14) The joint venture of INTPOW member SN Power and Aboitiz Power Corp will develop a greenfield hydroelectric project in Ifugao province in the Philippines, which will generate 350 MW, after receiving authorisation from the energy department.

    (31.07.14) The conference will look at the role of the industry and other stakeholders in the transition of the European power market, and address new challenges such as the integration of renewables in our energy system.
     

  • Statkraft sells minority interest in UK onshore portfolio to reinvest in new renewable energy

    (31.07.14) INTPOW partner Statkraft announced today that it has reached an agreement with Gingko Tree Investment Ltd for the sale of 49 per cent of its onshore wind power portfolio in the UK. Statkraft will continue to manage and operate the wind farms and also continue its relationship with stakeholders and local communities.

    (16.06.14) Norwegian State Secretary Bård Glad Pedersen from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has accepted the invitation from the organiser Adam Smith Conferences to address the Ukrainian Energy Forum (UEF) on its opening day Tuesday 24 June in Kiev.

  • Universal Foundation ‘Suction Bucket’ to Be Tested this Summer

    (12.06.14) The Carbon Trust’s Offshore Wind Accelerator (OWA) is joining forces with Statkraft, Statoil, EON, DONG Energy and Universal Foundation, in close co-operation with Aalborg University, to undertake installation trials of the Universal Foundation ‘suction bucket’ offshore wind foundation.

  • Renewable Energy Seminar in Croatia

    (21.05.14) The Norwegian Embassy, in cooperation with the Croatian Ministry of Economy and the Croatian Chamber of Economy, held a seminar on renewable energy in Zagreb, 13 May. Representatives from Norwegian companies and institutions, including our own Managing Director Line Amlund Hagen, Innovation Norway, Statnett and Export Credit Norway, as well as Croatian companies working with Norwegian partners gave presentations, took part in a panel discussion and answered questions from the audience. The seminar was attended by over 100 participants.

  • The Norway-Asia Business Summit

    (14.02.14) The Norway-Asia Business Summit has become a regular high-level meeting place for Norwegian business interests in Asia and relevant government agencies, representing the “Team Norway” concept.   • Liberia, the Mont Coffee project en rute for 2015
