  • Hilde Gillebo, Agua Imara AS

    Hilde Gillebo is the chairman of the board. She has broad experience from business and project development of hydropower projects in Asia, Africa and Central America. She has been involved in most facets of hydropower projects, from evaluation of business opportunities through to construction. She serves as a board member in LHPC, a hydropower company in Zambia and FIC, a company constructing and developing hydropower plants in Panama. Prior to joining the SN Power Group and Agua Imara, Hilde worked as a Management Consultant in Accenture, mainly within the retail industry and the automotive industry. She has also worked in the oil and gas industry in Europe for a major offshore construction contractor. 


  • Arnt Sollie, Powel AS

    Arnt Sollie is Vice President for Powel Smart Generation with expertise in hydropower generation planning and optimisation. In his ten years at Powel Arnt has helped drive growth through developing close working relationships with the top power producers in the Nordics and currently holds a position on Powel?s management team.


  • Harald Dirdal, Havgul Clean Energy AS

    Harald Dirdal ist Partner and Project Director at Havgul Clean Energy. He is responsible for the companies offshore wind division in Scandinavia as well as HCE`s hybrid projects in Texas. Harald is also one of the initiators of Havgul AS and its subsidiaries Havsul I, II, III og IV as well as NOR Vind AS.


  • Nils Morten Huseby, Rainpower ASA

    Nils Morten Huseby is President & CEO of Rainpower ASA. Rainpower is a leading supplier of hydroelectric turbines and systems to the hydropower industry worldwide. He has more than 20 years of international experience in the energy sector. Prior to joining Rainpower in January 2013, Nils was Executive Vice President for South America for SN Power, where he played a key role in establishing and expanding the company in the region.   Nils Morten Huseby holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in 1991.  


  • Olav Hypher, Statkraft AS

    Olav Hypher is SVP Strategy & Governance in International Hydropower. Olav joined Statkraft in 2008 after serving a year in the management team of SN Power. He held the position of SVP Corporate Responsibility before going to Turkey in 2013. His previous background includes seven years at Telenor holding management positions at corporate level.


  • Terje Osmundsen, Scatec Solar ASA

    Terje Osmundsen is Senior Vice President, Business Development. He is an experienced solar energy executive and developer, responsible since 2009 for piloting Scatec Solar?s expansion into new strategic markets. Terje started his career as a young political leader, and worked closely with Prime Minister Kåre Willoch as Political Adviser from 1981-85. In 1986-87, he founded and led the well-known national public-private foresight study ?Scenarios for Norway 2000? at the Norwegian School of Management.   Terje has a broad professional background including leadership roles in both business and public sector, entrepreneurship, management consulting and thought leadership.  


  • Torgeir Nærø, AAK AS

    Torgeir Nærø has experience from general management, sales & marketing and project management within telecom, oil and gas and renewables in Europe, Asia and Latin America. Prior to joining energy services company AAK AS as CEO, Torgeir held management positions with ABB, Nera, Nokia Networks, Chr. Michelsen Research and advisory firm Idevekst Energi. Main experience is from general tech company management, international sales and marketing of high tech products and services, in addition to infrastructure project management. With an engineering background and a Master?s degree in business administration, Torgeir contributes through several board positions in Norwegian tech companies addressing the energy markets.


  • Håvard Figenschou Raaen, Ministry of Trade, Industry & Fisheries

    Håvard Figenschou Raaen is Senior Adviser in the Trade Policy Department at the Norwegian Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries. He has worked in the Ministry since 2008, on topics related to trade and export promotion, and internationalisation of Norwegian industry. He holds a MSc in Political Science from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Trondheim, and a MA in International Relations and Diplomacy Studies from the College of Europe in Bruges, Belgium.


  • Kirsten Hammelbo, Ministry of Foreign Affairs

    Kirsten Hammelbo is Senior Adviser in the energy team of the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Her work in the Ministry has covered a broad range of issues, including European affairs, security policy, maritime affairs and Arctic issues. Her overseas postings include Washington, D.C., Hong Kong and Rome. Kirsten has also served as international adviser in the Norwegian Shipowners? Association and as Deputy Director General in the Ministry of Fisheries and Coastal Affairs. She holds a business degree from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration.


  • Øivind Johansen, Ministry of Petroleum & Energy

    Øivind Johansen is an Assistant Director General in the Norwegian Ministry of Petroleum and Energy, Department for Climate, Industry and Technology. He graduated from the University of Oslo in 1992 with a degree of Master of Law. Øivind`s previous and current field of work in the Ministry comprises a. o. energy law including power market regulations, hydropower licensing and watercourse management. Current work especially relates to the energy industry and international renewable energy issues.   Besides his responsibilities in the Norwegian government Øivind holds a range of positions in national and international organisations.
