GCE NODE has a global perspective. Nearly all customers are located outside of Norway. The major NODE companies hold an impressive 75 per cent share of the global market for drilling technology and equipment ? and are considered global centers of excellence within their mother companies. GCE NODE has a strong focus on research, development and innovation and is involved in a series of projects aimed at reducing cost, improving performance and developing the new generation smarter equipment.
GCE NODE was one of the first two Norwegian business clusters to be awarded Global Center of Expertise (GCE) status. GCE NODE is among Europe?s top business clusters and has a Gold Label, issued by the European Cluster Excellence Initiative, to prove it.
The cluster administration?s seven highly skilled and experienced employees, is headed by CEO Anne-Grete Ellingsen.
