Statkraft takes over SN Power`s activities in Chile

INTPOW member and European leader within generation of renewable energy Statkraft assumes control over SN Power`s activities in Chile.

SN Power was owned by Statkraft and Norfund and as a result of a restructuring of the partnership between these two shareholders, Statkraft will from now on run SN Power`s operations in Chile under the name "Statkraft Chile", while SN Power will focus on Central America, Africa and Sout-Eeast Asia. Statkraft owns 50% of the power plants La Confluencia and La Higuera.
