INTPOW-member Statkraft has completed the acquisition of Brazilian Desenvix Energias Renovaveis SA

Statkraft AS has completed the acquisition of the  Brazilian hydropower  firm Desenvix Energias Renovaveis SA. Statkraft bought all the shares of Jackson Group in Desenvix and became the majority shareholder of the company with 81.31%.
